Testing is The Control

Testing is part of a detailed check and balance system which validates the total quality manufacturing environment. We test our products and the materials used in their fabrication with the following equipment:

Environmental test chamber
Sunshine weather-o-meter
Flammability tester
Color measuring computer
High-temperature testing oven
Color Chamber
Three dimensional layout machine
Shopper type tensile tester

Using our MacBeth Color-Eye system, M-Tek's trained staff inspects the color consistency of both incoming raw materials and our injection molded products. Most importantly, all colored parts are evaluated within a very narrow range to assure accurate match with approved color standards.

The Coordinate Measurement Layout Machine (CMM) supports three-axis measurements of <.05mm serving M-Tek's product design needs, as well as customer requirements for accurate dimensional information.

M-Tek's environmental test chamber evaluates product resilience to controlled environmental conditions. Testing is possible under such conditions as constant temperature, or long-term cyclic testing at variable temperatures between -40 degrees Celsius and 100 degrees Celsius with humidity as high as 95 percent.
