From the earliest stages of design throughout production, M-Tek provides a total
environment conducive to the effective harnessing of technology. In its unique patented
Kasai Press Molding (KPM) process, both the adhesion of surface skin material and
thermoplastic injection molding occur simultaneously. Under relatively low pressure,
this single step process yields higher production efficiencies by eliminating most
subsequent secondary operations. KPM permanently bonds the base and surface materials
together while forming large, soft-surfaced, warp-free products.
